The property is very well located.
I wasn't aware there was no elevator, and the unit is located on the second floor (though for those from the US, that counts as the third floor), so carrying luggage up is a bit of a hassle. However, upon arrival, we received help from Mateo, who was very kind.

Hay que subir escaleras pero en Florencia es común, si no tienes ningún inconveniente físico no hay problema. El personal es muy amable y la casa para un grupo grande está muy bien. Tiene todo lo necesario.

Great central location near train station. Near to sights of Florence and restaurants. Very clean. Felt safe and secure. Three bathrooms useful for a group of friends.
Basic kitchen facilities & small social space. Kitchen electrics needed repairing.
