Location in the city was good. Short walk to the capitol building, the Ryman Theater, and lower Broadway. The apartment is spacious, very comfortable, and well equipped for any length of stay. The electronic door locks worked great so didn't need to get keys.
The messaging through Booking. com implied there was parking--it mentioned locking the doors including the "garage" when you leave -- but there is not a garage. Parking in the immediate area is $50 per day. Fortunately we found the Library parking lot two blocks away for $20 per day. The property is in the city so there was some noise late at night out on the street--noisy trucks and someone that was yelling one evening. There is mold in the shower at the transition from the wall tile to the tub edge.

I was very pleased with this location and the facilities. It is within walking distance to Broadway. The apartment was very clean, it was exactly as advertised. Everything that is needed for several days was available. I would stay here again.
My only negative was that the building is under construction and the noise is a bit much, especially early morning. The biggest negative was the parking. The cost is $50/day and if you want in and out the price increases. Parking in the city is just a big scam.
