Loved the spaciousness of the apt and the location. Very comfortable.
Several things. All were reported during my first day and I was told everything will be addressed. One of the upstairs bathroom was clogged and that was fixed immediately. All else would be addressed later:
Window shades in the master suite was very broken and not usable.
Bathroom clogged (fixed immediately) and bathtub was full of hair.
Hinges of one of the closet doors of downstairs bedroom was broken so the door was unusable.
Empty water bottle under the nightstand of downstairs room.
Some sheets had holes in them and towels need changing.
However, the staff was so nice and professional and assured they will address all these small details. We suggest to place at least one chair in each room. We still loved the place and plan to return. Highly recommend for adults. Too many stairs for little kids so need to be aware of this.
