Die Lage. Nur 200m von U-Bahn Station entfernt.
Die Kommunikation per E-Mail, Booking- Chat und WhatsApp.
Das große weiche Bett.
Der begehbare Kleiderschrank.
Gute Klimaanlage im Schlafzimmer.
Wenig Toilettenpapier.
Keine Küchentücher.
Kein Waschmittel für Kleiderwaschmaschine.
Duschköpfe müssen gewechselt werden.
Es kommt kein Strahl raus, sondern es tröpfelt nur noch raus.
Abdunkelungsgardinen lassen sch nur schwer auf und zu ziehen.
Check-in war nicht so einfach mit den ersten 4 Türen. Nur WhatsApp - Video haben wir es verstanden.

Сломанные чайник - кнопку включения нужно было придерживать рукой. Отсутствие тройника на кухонном столе при одной розетке, в результате чего каждый электроприбор нужно было включать после выдёргивания из розетки другого. Из-за этих манипуляций даже получил ожог руки от горячего пара((
Часы на стене не работали. Диван в прихожей не был чист. Освещение в комнате и прихожей недостаточное.
Инструкция о том, как войти к апартаменты не содержала полной информации, в результате мы по приезду поздно вечером мы оказались минут на 10 заперты во дворе между двумя стеклянными дверьми)

This place is a true gem! We felt right at home the moment we arrived. The apartment was pristine—the kind of clean you really appreciate—and the fresh smell was so welcoming. The location is perfect: a quick walk to the metro and just a 3-minute stroll to Carrefour.
However, the real highlight was our host, Ana. She's an extraordinary person, and her kindness was truly exceptional. She went out of her way to make our stay comfortable. Easily the best accommodation we've had. I wholeheartedly recommend it!

Tutto ottimo, posizione a due passi dalla metro gialla, ambiente spazioso e provvisto di tutti i comfort essenziali. Apprezzatissima la cabina-armadio. Tornerò volentieri!
