The hotel was very clean and offered excellent value for money. The staff were friendly and helpful, and the location was very convenient, especially for attending events at BITEC. The room was comfortable and my overall stay was pleasant.
Some of the facilities were fairly basic and could benefit from improvement or modernization. However, this did not significantly affect my stay.

New hotel with Japan style concept, very comfortable.
No sheltered area for vehicle pick up. Also there are more places to improve.

i loved the clean, minimalist furnishing, soothing color scheme, and straight forward and non intrusive service and staff.
24 hour coffee and basic breakfast (even if on payment basis) will be of help to travelers with odd arrival and departure times.

The hotel is new, opposite the Bitec, and in a good position if you have to visit any sites in Bang Na. People are active, cleaning all day. Free WiFi, Water, Android TV, and Free coffee in the morning. 7/11 attached.
A very negative point is based on the room you get. We had room 312, on the street side. We couldn't sleep because of the noise from the street as the windows are very poorly constructed (a single glass without frame silicone to the wall).
Probably, if you get a room at the back of the hotel, everything will be fine (and my valuation will be 7.5). For the price and the location is very good.
