Prachtige, ruim opgezette villa met volledige privacy. Het huis is van alle gemakken voorzien: een compleet uitgeruste keuken, prachtig aangelegde tuin en heerlijk zwembad. Alles tot in de puntjes verzorgd. De host is erg vriendelijk en behulpzaam en zorgt ervoor dat je een fantastisch verblijf hebt. Op loopafstand van een typisch Toscaans dorp met heerlijk restaurant. Kortom, echt een aanrader!

La villa è molto curata sia nell'arredamento che nella struttura nel suo complesso (non manca nulla). Giardino curatissimo, piscina nuovissima arredata con molto gusto e molto funzionale (il colore del pvc rende l'acqua sempre ad una temperatura gradevole anche in caso di tempo variabile). Elisa e Giorgio sono stati due padroni di casa veramente speciali, gentilissimi, sempre disponibili e molto carini e hanno fatto di tutto per rendere il nostro soggiorno piacevole. E devo dire che ci sono riusciti in pieno. Struttura da scegliere ad occhi chiusi. SUPER!!!!!

Virkelig flot beliggenhed. Smuk natur. Super flot og velholdt udearealer. Helt nyt pool område.
Villaen er rummelig, hyggelig og meget ren.
Elisa gjorde alt for at vi fik en godt ophold (kom med nybagt kage og hjemmedyrkede grønsager). Havde super gode forslag til aktiviter i området.

Our week stay at Villa Marinelli was truly magical and by far the best holiday we had to date. Elisa the host created this oasis of calm and tranquility with all details in mind. From the moment you arrive its is clear this was a long project to complete and the attention to detail and the craftsmanship of the interior and restored furniture gave the villa authentic Tuscan feel. The villa itself has three spacious double bedrooms two bathrooms (bath and shower) utility laundry room, large open plan living room dining room, dine in shaker style kitchen, large conservatory/veranda with dining table armchairs fire place and breathtaking panoramic views of the Tuscan hills local church and village of Castel Focognano. The kitchen was fully equipped with all the mod cons dishwasher microwave large fridge freezer oven and in addition to every day tableware even a set of fine bone china dinnerware along side crystal glassware, glasses for both red and white wine tablecloths and napkins etc
I have noticed immediately that the host must be a perfectionist and the villa was furnished and decorated with a lot of love and no expenses were spared to create this charming Tuscan feel (art, flowers etc)
As nice as the villa was the outdoors were breathtaking. Beautiful lit up pool in clear view from the house and veranda which was very handing holidaying with 4 children. The outdoors were so beautifully landscaped and taken care of by the hosts every morning , pool was cleaned by specialised robot and garden was watered before we got up giving guests complete privacy. The owners live up the hill from the villa however the property is not overlooked by anyone and offers complete privacy and comfort.
