Very disappointing experience.

Very disappointing experience. The agency’s communication was poor from start to finish, and important information regarding additional charges for bed linen and towels was misleading, resulting in unexpected extra costs. Despite being advertised with Wi-Fi, no internet connection was available during our stay. The furnishings and equipment of the apartment were old and outdated, and even basic amenities such as an electric kettle were missing. In addition, the apartment was inadequately equipped for self-catering, with not even a dishwashing sponge or a single dishwasher tablet provided upon arrival. Instead of feeling welcome, we were confronted with notices about restrictions, obligations, and penalties throughout the whole apartment. After our departure, we had to repeatedly remind the agency to return the security deposit, despite their assurance that it would be refunded on the day of check-out. Overall, the accommodation and the service fell well below the standard advertised, and unfortunately, I cannot recommend this property.
