- The location was very good and close to a lot of supermarkets, restaurants and overall social activity.
- There was also security checks to access the compound and to leave as well.
- Overall a quite location and hardly any disturbances from neighbors.
- The apartment had everything needed for a short or long stay with the necessary ACs / fans to cool the rooms during the hot days.
- Reception by the co-host felt rushed and very impersonal. Not much effort made by the co-host to show around, explain a bit about the location or even to show the gym / pool. We had to find this out ourselves by exploring the other floors to know where the gym / pool was.
- Despite the co-host stating that there was a second key, there was no follow up by the co-host to provide this key. On the day of arrival the security guard indicated to the co-host that they do not have the second key. The following day we asked again at the security for the second key and we told they know nothing about this. So we just left it as is and did not bother to ask again about the second key.
- While asking for identification to access the premises could be standard procedure and is understandable given the location, taking what appears to be photos of the IDs without permission was unsettling. These requirements should be communicated and agreed beforehand.
- The numbering of the floors is not indicated on the levels unless you are taking the elevator which announces this. We would not usually have picked up on this save for the day they were doing maintenance on the elevator. In the case of an emergency this could be an issue.

The property is in an amazing location in an upscale residential building with 24/7 security. The security guards were very polite and welcoming. The apartment was also very clean and well equipped with all the appliances you need for a comfortable stay. It is a short walking distance to several attractions such Bob Marley Museum, Devon House, Usain Bolts Track & Records, etc. It is also accessible to public transportation and walking distance to express bus stations which take you around the island. The area itself is surrounded with plenty of shopping & dining options. From supermarkets, restaurants & bars, to salons etc.

Everything was great! Lovely flat, really spacious, spotlessly clean and great facilities - loved the view from the pool area.
Very helpful and communicative hosts and nice security staff too. Only sad we couldn’t stay longer! Will definitely stay again when we come back to Kingston, highly recommend.
