La habitación era muy comoda, con todo lo necesario y el tatami super comodo. Estaba todo muy limpio y el rooftop onsen fue maravilloso.
Que el check in era a las 17hs… ridículo, siendo ademas que los buses de kurokawa y otros destinos llegan al mediodia, me tuve que quedar dando vueltas cuando me moria de ganas de ir a descansar al hotel. Una hora antes les rogie que me dejaron entrar y accedieron, la habitación ya estaba lista por lo que claramente era una regla rigida sin ningún sentido. Al check out queria quedarme trabajando en el lounge y me remarcaron que solo podia estar hasta la hora del check out, tambien me pareció ridiculo, no habia nadie y era solo estat con la computadora ya que mi tren no salia hasta las 14hs y afuera llovia. Me parece que esas reglas que tienen estan demas y no tienen ningun sentido excepto irte un sabor amargo que hace que comprendas el resto de las calificaciones.

由布での素晴らしい滞在でした。
宿泊施設は美しく、居心地がよく、細部まで丁寧に整えられていました。何より印象に残ったのは、スタッフの皆さんの温かい心遣いと素晴らしいおもてなしです。まるで自分の家にいるような気持ちで過ごすことができました。心からおすすめしたい宿です！
