Great location, situated in a unique precinct of ‘1000 Ann St’ comprising residential, retail & hospitality.
Light and airy with balcony and both city and ‘garden’ views.
Very spacious, especially for 4-6 people.
Generous secure car park.
Good security and privacy.
Host provided good communication and directions.
Key arrangements were a little awkward to a new-comer but all good in the end.
The last clean and maintenance could have been more thorough but I sense the host had been let down and I’m sure it will all be addressed.
Traffic noise is the downside of being in the city

The space was perfect for our stay.
Great location. Easy to access.
Couple of towel rails were falling off the walls.

Great location, close to everything, would definitely stay again and recommend.
Helpful info: Please note that key collection may involve multiple locations. The first address may appear closed; access is via a side door down the hallway, where staff can assist. If the key is not available there, you may be directed to a second address. At the second location, the key may be held within a business (I ended up getting my key from Subway).

The property is in a great location and around plenty of restaurants, pubs, and cafes! The unit is fairly modern and has a nice big layout.
You can tell that the property is being operated on the cheap. Very cheap towels, very cheap and sparse furniture. It needs a good deep clean and some maintenance done.
