Le personnel a été très réactif et sympathique, m’a rapidement proposé un changement de chambre plus agréable, a accepté sans problème que je prolonge mon séjour d’une nuit, et m’a même permis de garer mon vélo à l’intérieur, ce que j’ai beaucoup apprécié.
L’hôtel est situé dans le sud d’Okayama, à environ 50 minutes de marche de la gare. À mon arrivée, j’ai découvert qu’il s’agissait d’un établissement surtout destiné aux courts séjours privés, ce que je ne savais pas en réservant. La première chambre n’était pas très propre et contenait quelques éléments oubliés par les précédents occupants.
