This adorable warm place in Middlebury is the perfect spot for your unplugged escape. Breakfast for donation only is available upon request. With a cozy bedroom and a charming living room featuring a sofa bed, guests will feel right at home. Enjoy an outdoor grilling dining area and a peaceful walk through trails on this woodsy property where you can visit chickens, horses and the occasional deer that come up for a visit at dusk! Whether you are just traveling through, coming for a Notre Dame event, check out Amish culture and shopping, Shipshewana events, biking the county trails from town to town, the biggest county fair in the state, you're sure to make fantastic memories here and warmly welcomed. We needed a place to stay overnight after a concert. We were very happy with our decision; it was just what we needed. A nice quiet and affordable place to sleep. Check in and check out were very easy.

The surrounding property is beautiful, serene and close to Shipshwana and Das Dessenhaas however this unit is literally a garage that has been roughly transformed to a one bedroom unit. Garage doors covered by curtains, no closing door on bedroom. We slept on couch while our guests stayed in room but had no top sheet, flat stuffing With no real pillow. There is no TV or coffee maker. Contacting the hosts was difficult. Breakfast was delicious however it would have been nice to have been asked preferences.
