Spacious unit with a kitchen including utensils and cookware and washing machine (which we used). There is no dryer but there is a way to dry your clothes in the bathroom which was interesting and worked alright for us. Lots of storage which was great for our 4 nights stay (not having to feel like we were living out of our suitcase). There's a train station around a 6 minute walk away and another about a 12 minute walk away (both on the same line but the one about 12 minutes away has more restaurants/shops etc). There was a convenient store across the road which we used a lot for stocking up on breakfast items including eggs, bread, snacks and lunch items (very reasonably priced). Found a grocery store close by as well. Host had useful instructions in English for using appliances like the washing machine and dryer.
Very minor but the gas stove switches were not fully intuitive but we figured it out. We ran out of toilet paper and couldn't find any additional rolls in the unit but there were tissues available. You do need to do an online check in which is not too time consuming but something to be aware of and requires passport details etc - I had forgotten about it and did it last minute. Unit is not as bright as shown in the pictures. Didn't bother us though.

Accommodation that comfortably housed 3 people. There’s a family mart across the road and a coin laundry too less than a minute walk away. Facilities were clean and easy to use. Hairdryer and steamer were provided. Lovely little dining table with four chairs to eat konbini breakfast and dinners at. Had a rolling Samsung TV which was cool. A big closet and two shelves to hold your belongings.
A 12 minute walk from Kameido station which led us through small alleys - which was okay during the mornings but a little creepy at night time. However, there is a very tiny station; Kameidosujin which was only a 6 minute walk away. Also, since it’s outside/on the outskirts of Tokyo it takes 1 hour or more to get to places; Shinjuku for example.

When getting inside the place and key which they did not tell me in advance the code to get in the building, what room number and key .
