The room was great! Clean and comfortable, big bed and food was good
* We were told the air-conditioning fee was €50 for our entire 2-night stay, with no mention that the AC would only operate from 9pm to 8am.
* After returning from our day tour, we were unexpectedly asked to pay another €50 for the second night. We disputed this because we had been told the previous evening that the original €50 covered our stay.
* Staff then said they would pay the additional charge themselves, which we found unfair to the employees and an unprofessional way to resolve what appeared to be a management or communication issue.
* Overall, pricing, conditions, and charges were not communicated clearly in advance, creating unnecessary confusion and frustration.

Namiot miał wszystko co potrzeba. Było czysto i wygodnie.
Bardzo miły personel, młody chłopak Mustafa.
Kolacja pyszna i bardzo obfita.
Wybraliśmy opcję tam i powrót jeepem za 50 euro od osoby. (Czekacie w hotelu z basenem do godz. 17-17.30). Dodatkowo wzięliśmy przejażdżkę na wielbłądzie na zachód słońca za 20 euro od osoby. Cała wyprawa trwała około 1 godzinę, w zupełności wystarczy. Wielbłądy zadbane, dobrze traktowane.
Mohamed który nas prowadził super ziomek. Zrobił nam profesjonalne zdjęcia i filmiki :)
Zabawa przy ognisku późnym wieczorem.
