I absolutely loved every second of being there. It’s so private, calm, quiet, big space and the staff are immaculate. I will definitely be booking this place again in the future when I come to stay in ULUWATU.

Location - 5 min walk to Island Padel, 10 min walk to Suka, Tabu etc. The location is a bit too far and inconvenient to access the other end of Uluwatu (Near Milk & Madu, Nourish, Alchemy etc) because there isn't a proper walking path and the roads are bending around so it would be unsafe from the traffic and not enough street lighting for the walk. But we would just get a GoJek everywhere, they arrive within 2 minutes of requesting.
Furniture - Nicely decorated, aesthetically pleasing, large fridge in the kitchen, water unit in the villa too for clean water. There is also a really really big random empty room in the Villa (Villa 6A) which is the underneath of the stairs - very good to lay out suitcases and store items
Security - On-site for many of the hours, watching who comes and goes from the villa.
Walkable location to Thomas Beach, which is much more quiet than Padang Padang beach.
Construction next to the villa but to be honest and fair that is unavoidable in Uluwatu at the moment - everywhere you look it is under construction and everywhere else would have a similar experience. It didn’t impact my stay at all. I was informed about the noise before my stay too.
The access road to this villa, off the main road is not a proper road - very dusty, huge pot holes and a bit difficult for cars/bikes to access. But it is possible, it would not be possible however to wheel a suitcase along it if you enter via walking. Would recommend coming by car only with suitcases.
The TV in the bedroom/lounge did not connect to your device, so you can't stream HBO Max for example.
Air Con in GroundFloor Villa 6A was very loud and rattled throughout the night in the bedroom. But they two air con units within the villa and they work well, other than the noise from the bedroom one - we just turned that off and had the lounge one on.

Thomas Beach Residences were modern and in an amazing location. Only a short walk to the main Uluwatu street. The staff were friendly and always willing to help.
Although modern, the property felt unclean. We asked on multiple occasions for the replacement of towels and toilet paper. The floor felt dirty if walking with bare feet, they would become brown with dirt. In the mornings the staff would ask us if they can make up our rooms, but honestly nothing would be noticeably different once we came back.
