Nice room, very modern facilities, flexible dining and devices to translate languages were excellent. Staff very helpful.
This branch of hotel was difficult to locate using navigational maps and hotel directions not clear. 5 min walk from metro station when you know where you are going!

La extrema amabilidad del personal. Nos atendieron las recepcionistas 1 y 2 que fueron absolutamente amables para atender todas nuestras peticiones. Además, tienen un gatito de mascota con el que las niñas disfrutaron mucho.

Bien situado, habitaciones limpias y cómodas y personal muy amable y de gran ayuda, concretamente las recepcionistas 1 y 4.
El desayuno es muy normalito y nada orientado a occidentales. Además de muy muy ruidoso y no lo limpio y ordenador o recogido que podría esperarse.
