The apartment itself is lovely: clean, comfortable, and well-equipped. The beds are perfectly fine, the sofa is cosy, and the kitchen has everything you need. The shower works great, and the overall condition of the space is very good.
Where we had mixed feelings was the location, more specifically, the block on which the apartment is. As a small family travelling with a young child, we were hoping for something a bit different: it wasn’t entirely the vibe we were looking for. Parking was also genuinely tricky, which became a daily frustration for us.
That said, if you’re planning to spend most of your time in the city centre and don’t need a car, the apartment itself is a solid choice. The value is there, and the space is well-maintained. Just go in knowing what the surroundings are like, and you’ll be fine.

I received clear instructions for access. The location is convenient, 7-8 minutes from the metro line for access to all the sights. There are typical Italian shops and a large supermarket nearby. There was everything you need in the apartment, clean and tidy! The area seems to be developing rapidly, San Siro and the new TRE TORI mall are nearby! My visit to Milan was also connected with a family anniversary, for which the hosts assisted me and fulfilled some of my special requirements, for which I thank them. I would be happy to visit again!

Die Unterkunft bietet alles für einen guten Aufenthalt. Die Zimmer sind geräumig und in einem neuen / modernen Zustand. Die Küche besteht aus einer Küchenzeile. Die Dusche sollte man nicht stark aufdrehen ansonsten läuft das Wasser ins Badezimmer. Nachts kann es durch die umliegenden Wohnungen laut werden. Wenn man selber laut ist macht sich der Nachbar von unten bemerkbar. In unmittelbarer Nähe liegt die Haltestation der Linie 16. Von hier kommt man überall hin, z.b. Duomo oder jegliche Metrostation. Weiter sind preiswerte Restaurants und Bäckereien in direkter Nähe. Zum San Siro Stadion kann man laufen. Persönlich hat man die Gastgeber nie kennengelernt, jedoch im Chat war es immer freundlich und zuvorkommend. Die Schlüssel werden in einer Box an der Eingangstür bereit gehalten. Insgesamt empfehlenswert für ein paar Tage Mailand.
Klimaanlage lässt sich nicht für eine Intervallfunktion einstellen. Dusche mit Vorsicht. Aufzug klein.
