Great location. Double apartment fully equipped with all items you may need during your stay. Even though its town center the street is reasonably quiet as long as you pick upper floors. However the dividing walls between apartments are ridiculously thin, you can hear everything happening on the other side of the wall or underneasth.
Nice roof terrace with bar, good contact and nice welcome by manager. OXXO shop just around the corner, small cafeteria on the street.
Thin walls with no soundproofing. Bit tricky passage through lobby (wooden ramp). Access to the building by stairs only,not best solution if you carry a hand luggage.
