The staff was amazing, great communication on WhatsApp. Always responded quickly and was very helpful with instructions and directions. Room had lots of space, well equipped and very clean.

The location isn't great, more than 10 mins from the subway. The shower leaked and flooded the bathroom after even the shortest shower. There was not enough hot water for us all to shower and when these issues were raised the response was to not use both showers at the same time. Plus there was black mould in the main bedroom. Also, the room was not as advertised. The second bedroom was a single, not a queen, which meant that one couple was forced to use the sofa bed the whole weekend - meaning that the living area was out of use. Hugely disappointing place to say, not as advertised, terrible amenities and appaling customer service. I strongly recommend that you avoid this place and I am completely baffled by the positive reviews given our experience.

Very inconvenient location. There is no parking available anywhere near the apartment building.

Wonderful apartment, fully equipped kitchen. Daily housekeeping keeping the place spotless or happy to leave you alone. Reception staff on call 24/7 and super helpful. Highly recommend and will definitely book again. Great area for access to trams, metro and bus links to city centre.

Apartment is clean and stocked with everything you need. Our checking was fast and easy. May, the front desk associate, took us into our apartment and showed us how to work the washer/dryer, room temp controls, the front door lock. May also gave us pointers on using the public transit system, where to buy groceries, yummy places to eat, and so much more. Great stay!
