Relax and unwind in this charming 3-bedroom, 2-bathroom home, perfectly situated in a serene cul-de-sac in Charlotte, NC. This peaceful retreat is ideal for families, friends, or business travelers seeking a comfortable stay.
Bright and Airy Living Area: The open-concept living space is filled with natural light, thanks to large windows that create a warm and inviting atmosphere. Relax on the comfortable sofa, watch your favorite shows on the Roku TV, or enjoy a quiet evening reading by the light-filled windows.
Fully Equipped Kitchen: The kitchen comes with modern appliances, ample counter space, and everything you need to whip up a delicious meal. Gather around the dining table for family dinners or a game night with friends. Note: there are 2 extra chairs in the hallway closet for use.
Comfortable Bedrooms: The master bedroom boasts a plush bed and an en-suite bathroom for added privacy. The two additional bedrooms are thoughtfully decorated, each with comfortable bedding and plenty of closet space.
Outdoor Oasis: Step outside into the large, private backyard where you'll find a cozy fire pit, perfect for evening conversations or roasting marshmallows. The peaceful cul-de-sac setting ensures a quiet, relaxing environment, making it the perfect place to unwind after a day exploring Charlotte.
Pet-Friendly: We allow up to two dogs (Pet fee applies, $75 per pet)! To ensure a clean, comfortable stay for all guests, we kindly ask for proof of flea and tick treatment prior to confirming your booking.

Guests have full access to the entire home, including all living spaces, bedrooms, bathrooms, and kitchen. Please note that the owner's closet, outdoor shed, and attic are locked and not accessible to guests.
Update: Last picture of living room shows updated furniture. New office desk was changed out with a larger one. TV was changed to a larger 50" Roku TV. Each bedroom has a Roku TV. We added a fence in the backyard so the entire backyard is completely fenced-in for your furry friends!

The home was lovely, as were the hosts. Slight snafu with the heating system that was dealt with quickly and considerately. This home is pet friendly but maintained so well that there were no signs of prior pets. The location was perfect for us as we had several things planned in the city, but didn’t want to stay in the city. All of the necessary conveniences were nearby. The large, fenced-in backyard was great for our dog. Wish we had had time to use the fire pit.

This home was exactly what we were looking for! It was extremely clean, quaint, and charming. We only slept in the master bed, but it was extremely comfortable and we both had a great night sleep. The home was conveniently located to many restaurants and shopping, as well as 485. The owners were very responsive and great hosts!

Very beautiful home. 20 minutes from downtown. Comfortable and equipped with sufficient items. Responsive host. Very quiet neighborhood. Would definitely stay again!!
