Great layout. Two great size bedrooms. Two bathrooms. Nice kitchen and dining area and separate lounge. Beds comfortable.
Hosts very accommodating. Allowed early check in.
Property was not clean. Front windows filthy. Ant issue as numerous ant-rid dispensers were placed throughout the premises. Crumbling brickwork on kitchen bench. Minimal towels and face washers, no hand towels. No dish cloth. No paper towel. Cobwebs visible in dining area. Nil facility to remove garbage, had to remain in the premises at end of our 3 day stay.

Great location and easy checking and checkout. Lovely host and would recommend.
I think the only downside is that the appartment we head was below ground floor. So it had a slight dampish smell eventhough it wasnt damp. I want to be clear it was not damp at all, just has that feeling because you are technically in the basement.
Because you are below ground floor, the light is also limited. However, for our business travel it was great.

Charming and spacious apartment in a great location, within 30m drive to restaurants and museums/attractions. Staff were very responsive and helpful! Beds were large and comfy with lots of pillows.
No parking included with unit and street parking was a nightmare. Unit could use a more thorough/detailed cleaning and refresh of stained furniture, ripped curtains, etc. No a/c in 2 of 3 bdrms and only 1 wall unit in large main living/kitchen area, so unit was uncomfortably warm.
No elevator, so several flights of stairs to upper units, which was difficult for my elderly mother, and the building interior (front foyer/stairs) are in desperate need of renovation.
We also had an incident where a stranger (another guest in building?) walked into our bedroom in the middle of the night through the back fire door which we didnt realized was unlocked from the outside :(
