Buena habitación. Recepción agradable y flexibles en el check out.
Cuando llegas no hay indicaciones de cómo llegar a recepción. Ningún cartel en fuera, ni en el ascensor ni nada. Aviso que se han de subir las escaleras que hay a la izquierda y al final de un pasillo raro, está el ascensor y hay que subir al 3. Saliendo a la izquierda. Indicaciones cero.

The property was in a nice location where going around and getting to places was good, the front staff was nice and did try help a lot. There is laundry that guest can use and wash clothes which was helpful and the room was very comfy to sleep in and was clean! And there are some delicious local restaurants nearby!
The hotel had stairs leading up to the entrance before you reach the hotel which was abit difficult to carry large heavy suitcases up, the gym only consisted of a treadmill which was broken and two bicycle machines which were placed in the laundry room which limited some space to exercise as well as diversity of equipment. Our biggest issue would mainly be my Jellycat bear going missing in our room during our stay there and after communicating to the staff for help in asking if it had been misplaced anywhere to be told the cleaner wouldnt bother stealing a 10 yuan bear was abit rude as I was just asking if the cleaner had placed it somewhere else and the bear wasnt a 10 yuan bear but had costed me quite abit and had a lot of sentimental value to it. Just how that situation was dealt with did impact a lot of good impressions we had on the place.
