- magnificent view from the living room and the terace
- well equipped kitchen where I could cook a full dinner
- proximity to the sea
- the owner is superkind and helpful (changed us the bedroom in a minute, flexible chekout)
the road leading to it is long, narrow and busy. you feel a bit isolated from the rest of the world but in a negative sense. Its like a large quartier with houses for tourists. Getting there once was okay but I wouldn’t want to get there everyday for a few days

The view was amazing.
The host was lovely

Price is reasonable
It needs some maintenance
The furniture is not comfortable
It’s requires a 10 to 20 minute drive to get to a shop or restaurant
It was difficult to find the first time with 2 secure gates . Google maps sent us to the wrong address twice.

Everything was very good. The owner was very kind and friendly, and communication was excellent. The apartment is large and spacious, with a big terrace offering a beautiful view of the sea and the volcano. There are three separate bedrooms: two with double beds and one smaller bedroom with two single beds. The apartment was well equipped, and everything needed for cooking was available
There were some minor issues with the electricity, but they were not a major problem
