Great attractions for families with young children
I have absolutely no cell phone reception and the wi fi was sometimes spotty

We had an amazing stay at Villatel Orlando Resort! The apartment was beautiful, spacious, modern, and very comfortable. Everything was clean and well maintained, and there was plenty of room for everyone to relax and enjoy the stay.
The resort itself is beautiful and perfect for families. We really enjoyed the amenities, and the location was very convenient for everything we wanted to do in Orlando.
The staff was friendly and helpful, and the overall experience exceeded our expectations. It truly felt like a home away from home while still having the benefits of staying at a resort.
We would definitely recommend Villatel Orlando Resort to families or groups visiting Orlando, and we would absolutely stay here again!

I loved the rooms and the fact that there were accommodating to larger parties.
I did not like that there were no real accessible accommodations for a paraplegic family member and they were going to charge to rent a bath seat. However they did not.
I did not like the fact that we had to pay to for parking on the property.

The apartments are Beautiful and very clean. The kitchen has everything you need. (Our ice maker didnt work though) we just bought our own ice... The Waterpark is Beautiful also. The resort is in the perfect area! We had planned for us to visit this place yearly, but after our experience this time, I dont know!! They swept us off of our feet the first stay!!!
This was my second time visiting Villatel. My first stay was the Best Experience ever. My second visit was not so good. They didn't charge an additional fee for parking the first visit. The second visit they charged me $186 for parking (This was a surprise) Our air went out in our unit, the air conditioner was leaking water very badly. The guy came and patched it up the best he could I guess, but it didn't work. He vacuum up the water that was there when he arrived. It started cooling off, but that didn't last long. The pan filled back up amd it was very uncomfortable again(Hotttt!!!) I always book with Booking.com never ever had any issues until this time. We had an issue with that when we aerived the first day. I was told I had to pay in full when I arrived.(The manager straightened that out the first day, but who wants to deal with that after traveling for almost 5hrs to get there)They told me that booking didn't charge me enough and that I would have to pay an additional amount of money, because I didn't pay enough through booking. (Mind blowing). We added an additional night stay before the air went out of course!!!! We went down to the office and paid for the additional day in person. Overnight my husband's account was charged an additional $509!!!! (He went down to the office first thing that morning, he was told he had to wait on the manager) we waited, never heard back. We went back down there together this time. We spoke to another person(who was very nice) but he said that he would like to review it first and that he would give us a call. Within 15 mins he found us at the Waterpark and told us that everything was taken care of and that the charge of $509 had been removed! (He was so caring!) I wish he was there when we had issues with thw air, because you can tell he is all about customer service...
We got up very early the next morning and left. It was so hot in our unit!!!!
