Set amid 14 hectares of Mediterranean shrubs and olive trees, the property features a stunning 14 x 7-meter private swimming pool with Roman steps, a fully equipped pool bar, and its own bathroom.

Long sandy beaches with crystal-clear water in Follonica, Torre Mozza, La Carbonifera (Blue Flag), and the beach of the Gulf of Baratti can be easily reached by car in approximately 20 minutes, while the renowned Punta Ala is roughly 45 minutes away. The medieval towns of Suvereto, Campiglia Marittima, and Massa Marittima, along with Castagneto Carducci and the celebrated vineyards of Bolgheri, are nearby, while Volterra and Siena are just an hour and a half away.
For golf enthusiasts, three 18-hole courses are within a short drive: Golf Costa degli Etruschi (20 minutes), Golf Toscana Il Pelagone (30 minutes), and Golf Club Punta Ala (45 minutes away).

On the ground floor, a dining room with fireplace, a sitting room-library, a fully equipped eat-in kitchen, a double bedroom with A/C, a bathroom with shower, a laundry room with double sofa bed for any service staff. and An outdoor large patio with an oversized marble dining table up to 10 people and sofas for al fresco meals and relax while admiring the enthralling panorama.
