The location was great for groceries (grocery store next door), local restaurants for dinner and for pastries and sandwiches (breakfast and lunch). The metro to go into the historic centre was around the corner (5 metro stops). The area was safe and so was the apartment. The elevator functioned well. The apartment was modern, very clean and with extra storage for personal items. We did not use the kitchen much but it is possible to prepare meals if you do not want to go out.
We requested a quiet room (soundproof) since we were travelling from overseas and visiting places all day long. The apartment was heated (as required by law, we were told by locals) and it was impossible to sleep unless the windows were open- we were not able to sleep well because of the noise from the street, ex. police sirens, trucks, etc.

Very convenient location, only 1 minute on foot from the metro station.
Not clean enough as we found a bug on the bedsheets and two dirty dishes. No shampoo or body wash inside and we couldnt have heat because of "economy" as host said.

The host was very helpful and allowed me to get the keys and drop my bags before the official check in while the cleaners were sorting out the apartment. Easy to contact through Whatsapp, the owner was flexible and helpful.
The apartment is very close to a Metro station, around 10 mins away from Linate airport. With the metro so close, you can easily get anywhere else (the same line drops you near Duomo and other popular spots).
Clean and recently renovated, very quiet, the building is in a residential area, with access to different amenities, cafes, supermarkets, and shops in general.
Leafy area, it is a lovely place to be in.
The apartment is new and very clean, however being Milan and with a hot temperature you need to be careful with mosquitoes and flies.
The sofa in the living room is not really suitable to sleep in, or it is not too comfortable, so keep that in mind if you are planning something similar.
The bedroom was colder than the rest of the apartment, the centralised aircon/heating system was not explained to me, but it is my bad for not asking, so I cannot fault the property.
