Great location . Near Chinatown . Very central with a great pub (The Grapes)a short walking distance . Very well decorated. Comfortable to relax in . Easy to work the heating system . Beds very comfortable. A good amount of towels supplied. Very good information on how to access the property supplied.

The property was in a great location, walkable from the train station and to the centre of Liverpool. It was also great having a large table and sofas so there was lots of room for all of us. Having a door code rather than a key also made it easier for coming and going if we didn’t all arrive back at the same time too. All in all, it was a great base for us - just the sort of thing we were looking for and a good value stay.
As others have mentioned, noise on the street sounds loud in the front two bedrooms because the windows are only single glazed, although we didn’t find this too disruptive generally as with one exception, people didn’t linger too much next to the windows, so any noise was passed quickly. Just a couple of other tips to make the stay smoother for future visitors - make sure to give the outer door a bit of a shove high up when you’ve entered the code to make it open, and type rather than copy and paste the WiFi password. In general, the WiFi wouldn’t work in the bedrooms downstairs.

Close to all the night life, the lounge area was nice, fun decor, easy check in with codes, good communication
Noisy at night, bathroom smelt of drains, windows were filthy like they have never been cleaned, mouldy blinds
