Great location, good breakfast

I liked that it was located downtown. There was a great continental breakfast and parking was convenient. The staff were all very helpful. The room was very clean and spacious.

The mini fridge was so cold it froze everything and I was unable to change the settings.

Hotel grazioso, in centro città. Personale gentile. Colazione buona e varia. Stanze confortevoli. Ottimo il parcheggio interno che ti permette di lasciare l'auto e salire direttamente in hotel.

Hotel sprawia bardzo dobre pierwsze wrażenie – jest nowoczesny i ładnie urządzony. Niestety, na tym kończą się jego największe zalety. The hotel looks modern and makes a good first impression, but unfortunately that is where the positives end.

The rooms were not properly cleaned, and the floors were noticeably dirty. The hallway carpet outside the rooms had sticky stains, and your shoes literally stuck to it while walking. It was unpleasant and clearly had not been cleaned for some time. Before our arrival, I specifically requested that the duck feather bedding be replaced with hypoallergenic bedding due to allergies. Unfortunately, when we entered the room, the bed still had duck feather bedding. We had to call the front desk to have it changed. Even then, instead of proper duvets, we were given what appeared to be waterproof fitted sheets with elastic corners rather than actual blankets. It was a very strange and uncomfortable solution. Breakfast was the biggest disappointment. There was no coffee machine—only coffee served from a thermos, like in a budget motel. The breakfast selection was very limited, and the quality of the food was poor. Before booking, I had read reviews saying the breakfast was excellent, but honestly, those reviews must have been about a different hotel. Dodatkowo na korytarzu, tuż przed pokojami, wykładzina była poplamiona czymś klejącym – przechodząc, dosłownie przyklejały się do niej buty. Trudno zrozumieć, dlaczego nikt tego nie usuwa. Przed przyjazdem poprosiłam o wymianę pościeli z pierza na antyalergiczną ze względu na alergię. Niestety, po wejściu do pokoju cała pościel nadal była z kaczego pierza. Dopiero po telefonie do recepcji została wymieniona. Co więcej, zamiast kołder otrzymaliśmy coś, co wyglądało jak nieprzemakalne prześcieradła z gumką, a nie normalne kołdry. Było to bardzo dziwne i niekomfortowe rozwiązanie. Śniadania to największe rozczarowanie. Nie było nawet kawy z ekspresu – jedynie kawa z termosu, jak w tanim motelu. Wybór jedzenia był bardzo ubogi, a jakość pozostawiała wiele do życzenia.
