Overall it was a nice place to stay. Pros: Very responsive host. On day one we realized the K-cup part of the coffee maker didn't work and the next day they delivered a brand new Keurig. Great location. Short drive into town with very little traffic. The National Park was close and so were several other things to do. The views from the decks were gorgeous, especially sunrise if you're up early enough. The basement game room. Our family spent most evenings down there after our adventures during the day. It was a great way to unwind.Cons: There are some apparent issues with the seals around the sliding doors. It rained most of one day that we were there and there was some water that came in around the doors. Also, apparently it was the time of year (early June) for millipedes, and each morning we had to clean up 30 live and dead millipedes near the basement sliding door primarily, and some around the first floor sliding doors. Some minor wear and tear and cleaning. The cabinet around the fridge had been knocked loose and had a couple exposed nails, not a big issue as our kids are older and know to stay away from stuff like that. Some areas looked like they hadn't been cleaned in awhile, like behind the arcade game and the top of the cabinets (really only an issue because it's visible from the balcony).Overall though, would definitely stay again.

The cabin was perfect for families! Plenty of entertainment for kids and adults (games/hot tub/large TVs). The proximity to Gatlinburg strip and pigeon Forge as well as restaurants and grocery stores.

Loved the cabin as a whole it was very nice and clean with nice views and fit 4 adults 3 young kids and a baby comfortably, however basic necessities at the vacation rental were not provided there were no trash bags , no laundry soap no cleaning spray there was a broom but no dust pan. They did provide 1 toilet paper for the bathroom that was paper thin and gone within a day. I did express my concerns and was basically hit with they don’t provide those things and then they stopped replying to me. Also the screen doors are difficult to get locked so I recommend just making sure on those nightly.
