Staff was great. We loved them. The room was a bit small and for us it was on the third floor which was difficult for my wife. Overall the staff made the stay very good.

Wonderful hotel, very central. Spacious, clean rooms and staff were warm, welcoming and couldn’t do more for us. Our Matterhorn view balcony was exceptional! Will stay here again.
