La ubicación excelente, al lado de la plaza y hay varios restaurantes por la zona y ambiente más local, el apartamento estaba muy limpio y con todo detalle, dejaron hasta cafey para todos los días y agua! Ai que esté en zona de ambiente está muy insonorizado y no se escuchaba nada de ruido, Andando al centro unos 15 minutos, sin duda si vuelvo a Florencia repetire estancia.

The location was central to tourist sights and local restaurants. It was easy to walk to dinner and attractions.
The property advertised 2 beds (1 sofa & 1 double bed) but there was only 1 bed and a lounge. The ad also said city views but it was a ground floor apartment. There was no tumble dryer although it was listed in the facilities.

The owner is super nice. Check in was easy. Location is perfect, in the less touristy neighborhood, since the center has become horrendous. Many places to grab a drink and eat and the bridge to the centar is very close.
I'm really not the person to leave bad reviews, but people should know this things. The apartment (as most of the places in Italy) doesn't have an AC. So that being said it was extremely hot inside, with temperature reaching 30°, i don't think i slept whole week. The other thing was the bathroom... the bottom of the toilet looked like it was never cleaned, EXTREMELY disgusting. The corners in the shower were moldy and the water was going hot and cold while you're showering. I don't necessarily recommend this place, definitely looks better in the pictures...
