Literally a 5-minute hop, skip and jump from the nearest subway station (Kuramae Station / Asukasa Line). Once you filled out the online registration form (names and basic passport info for each guest - required by Japanese law), you were given the code for the lockbox - simple! Fully furnished apartment (mini kitchen with fridge, conduction stove, sink; TV, washing machine, beds and lots of closet space. Plenty of hangers to dry your clothes after washing (no dryer). Very effective air conditioning units in each of the bedrooms. Even at the beginning of summer (early June) it was quite warm outside and the AC was a must.
Our suite (2-bdrm) layout was such that the wall mounted TV was poking out into the room and the only path from one side of the quite to the other. A bit annoying to have to skinny through, but you'll get the hang of it after a couple bumps in the middle of the night. A little on the tight side, especially the staircase, so don't plan on full-sized luggage if you're coming here. Since the apartment is close to a major street, there are the (what seemed to be hourly) sounds of emergency vehicle trundling down the street with their sirens politely wailing. Yes trundle... they never seem to speed anywhere.

“餐桌”旁的“吧台凳”太高，与“吧台”不配套，显得太高，坐着不舒服。
卧室的被子有些潮湿，入住后可以打开空调“祛湿”，“通风”就好了。

The ceiling lights in the rooms are too low. My brother and I are both 1.80 meters tall and we've bumped our heads several times. It would be good to adjust them so they're higher.

Le logement est très bien situé
C’est un logement prévu pour du très court terme (3/4 jours). Les matelas sont plus grands que les sommiers et si vous comptez laver votre linge, sachez qu’il y a un lave-linge, mais pas de sèche linge. Vous devrez donc aller dans une laverie à proximité. Si vous rencontrez un problème, n’essayez pas d’appeler le personnel, sauf si vous parlez japonais ou chinois.
