The overall level of cleanliness and comfort was exceptional. Everything felt well maintained and it was clear that a great deal of care and attention had been put into every detail. From the condition of the room to the small touches throughout the property, everything contributed to a very comfortable and pleasant stay. There was a real sense that thought had gone into creating an environment where guests could simply relax and enjoy their time.
The only minor points I noticed were that the upper shelves inside the closets could have benefited from a little more attention to dusting and the air-conditioning units sounded as though they may be due for cleaning or maintenance.
These are small details that had no meaningful impact on the overall quality of our stay and should be easy to address. As a As a hospitality expert with 23 years of experience, however, I tend to notice these things and felt they were worth mentioning as constructive feedback. Overall, the property is well maintained and comfortable.

Fully equipped. Clean and tidy. A pleasant stay.
There is no toilet on the second floor, which contains three bedrooms. It's quite a hassle to go to the toilet at night, as it requires going downstairs. Having only one toilet is not sufficient for a larger group of travelers.

The best place we have stayed in during the whole vacation! The house is spacious, modern, very nicely decorated, well equipped and very clean! Bonus - onsen within walking distance!
It's a bit out of the center, depending on the traffic, the bus can take 10 minutes or 30 minutes. Also, it was not super clear how to find it with Google maps, so I'm adding photos of the outside
