About this house rental
Welcome to #itlldoacres. Why the name “It’ll Do”? We hope your stay is far better than something else that “will just do.” Nestled in the country but close to the action for sports, weddings, family reunions, vacations, and more. 2 bedroom 2 bath apartment all to yourself.
-15 minutes from Lincoln’s basketball gyms, shopping and Husker football.
-15 minutes from Doane College and Crete.
-Close to several great wedding venues in Roca and Hickman.
-5 minutes away from Blue Stem lake.

A private two bedroom, two bathroom apartment with full kitchen and laundry in our backyard.

The location was close enough to Lincoln to be convenient, but far enough for us to have a peaceful getaway. Rhiannon was prompt in communicating. The property is very welcoming!

A Hidden Gem Near Lincoln – Truly Special StayOur stay at It’ll Do Acres was amazing. Tucked just outside of Lincoln, the location couldn’t have been more perfect—peaceful and quiet, yet conveniently close to several small universities, making visits incredibly easy.From the moment we arrived, we felt right at home. The living space was exceptionally clean, cozy, and comfortable—exactly what you hope for when traveling. One of the sweetest touches was finding fresh eggs waiting for us in the fridge—such a thoughtful and memorable detail that really set this place apart.And then there were the sweet cats and chickens just right outside making the feel of farm life with love and care—absolute highlights of the stay! Their gentle presence and welcoming sounds added so much charm and comfort. It truly felt like they were part of the experience, making sure we felt right at home.The hosts were outstanding—kind, responsive, and genuinely caring. They created an environment where we felt safe, relaxed, and well taken care of throughout our entire visit.Outside, the property is just as lovely. The lawn is beautifully maintained, and the firepit area is perfect for unwinding in the evenings. It’s one of those places that invites you to slow down and enjoy every moment.If you’re looking for a peaceful, welcoming, and thoughtfully hosted stay near Lincoln, It’ll Do Acres is an absolute must.
