I like that the property is right down the street from stores and food facilities
They should’ve had like a breakfast bar or something. I think that would be very convenient, or a coffee bar, or maybe some more of like a store I saw they had a soda machine

Location is good on the edge of Lancaster City.
Run down, very old facilities.
Surface clean but felt line carpets should be steam cleaned.
