Nice location nearby Assago forum

The house was very clean and cozy. Sara the host was amazing with communication and checking with us during our stay.

There was a little hiccup with the water, we couldn’t get a shower the next day as someone ( I want to clarify NOT US) apparently touched a knob that refills the water at least this is how the owner justified the fact there was no water running anywhere in the house. I would like to point tho that I could hear the WC running all night ad a sort of water leak so the wc had water. I’m not an expert but probably they need to double check their water running systems Videos and pics were sent to booking as requested for reimbursement. Sara was extremely helpful and polite and also booking customer service. We had a refund for the hiccup. The only reason why I didn’t give a higher evaluation was because the owner came into the house and was upset with us blaming on us being the one doing/ touching a knob. This bothered me as I came into the apparent at 11pm and left at 10 am. From 9 am to 10 am I was at the phone with Sara and booking.com it was completely unnecessary the behavior attitude of the owner. Being myself a owner of a B&B we cannot name into the guests without even checking. I was the one leaving without being able to have a shower or brush our teeth but for how much I appreciate the refund it was a bittersweet feeling how the owner treated us. She came into the apartment because she thought we left and I c
