Well organized, clean, good location.
In advertisements was Garage Parking- the true was, public garage parking 5 min away on my cost. Not adequate to advisement. If cost would be covered by owner i could understand the advertisement like that.

excepional location
No air conditioning in the apartment and no mosquito nets in the windows. It meant that we had to spend more than 30min killing mosquitos and that we could not leave the windows open afterwards. With no AC it was not comfortable. The hist did not advice that we had to turn on the heater for the water, and so we had to take cold showers. And the shower was clogged when we arrived
