I liked the location, easy access to lots of things in Asakusa. Facilities were very clean. I really appreciated that they have a women-only dorm.
There was nothing I really didn't like, but I can see some people thinking the beds were a bit uncomfortable as they weren't super soft; they were good for me though! I do wish there was another outlet or two to charge my things; I had to stay up late to switch things out to make sure everything was charged for the next day.

We were very tired and were having trouble with the self check-in, but a staff member kindly helped us.
The room, capsules and bathroom were clean and silent.
We loved the location! The Asakusa district has plenty to do, night and day. The Culture and Visitors Center is a must, perfect place to start.
The common areas are tiny, there isn't enough dining space, and you'll end up eating right next to the smoke room.

They had everything, like towels, sandals,hairdryer and stuff but thats all!
Self check in?! I don't know why there was a person when its self-check in
Bathrooms for men & womens should be separated!
The floor inside was always full of sandals...
