Spacious, bright and airy oceanfront 3 bedroom and 2.5 bathrooms home with the Gulf of Mexico just footsteps away! This spacious beachfront home boasts a private pool located right off the back of the home with stunning ocean views. This home is able to sleep up to 10 guests with a king bed and twin bed in the master bedroom with a full bath, two full beds in the second, one full bed and one twin in the third, and a full sofa sleeper in the living room. Each bedroom features a HD TV. Open concept kitchen, dining and living room with large windows and sliding doors gives magnificent uninterrupted views of the ocean. Enjoy breathtaking views from your private balcony, cook dinner in the fully-equipped kitchen, or walk down to the gulf and spend the day at the beach. You will have a hard choice between relaxing with beautiful views of the sea or a refreshing swim in the pool.
This home comes with everything you should need! All bed and bath linens are supplied as well as all cookware/dinnerware/glassware in the kitchen. You need to bring beach towels, as the home will only have bath towels. We also provide an initial supply of toilet paper, garbage bags, laundry, dish and bath soap.

Reservations Canceled/Reservations Changed: A minimum fee of $150.00 or 10% (whichever is greater) will be charged on the reservation total of a canceled reservation only if the property re-rents for the same time period and at the same rate. Changes in a reservation, whether to the same property under different dates or changing properties altogether will be treated as a canceled reservation. In the event the property does not re-rent for the same time period and at the same rate, all monies paid to Cape San Blas Vacation Rentals, Inc. will be forfeited.

We loved our stay. This house was the best for beach days and evenings by the pool. It sounded like there were a few issues from the guests before us, including leaving all of the trash bins full, that we had to take to the road, and didn’t have room for our own trash.The drier didn’t work, the front door was very hard to shut and one of the toilets was running constantly-maintenance did come and fix the issues. I was a little disappointed there were photos with the hot tub, but no communication the hot tub did not function.Overall, this is a nice home for a larger group, and the location was lovely.

The views of this house are absolutely amazing!!! The pool is massive and very nice after a long day at the beach! Overall we had a wonderful time staying here!! Even with the issues listed below, I would stay here again!! The beds were clean & comfy! & Lots of towels! Only a couple of issues, the house wasn’t fully clean as in random stuff on the floors (game pieces, popsicle sticks) and dirty dishes found in the cabinet, the pool was dirty and not cleaned before our stay until day 4, (I realize it can get dirty quick but it was days worth of debris in the bottom of the pool when we arrived) and you have to drive 20 minutes out of your way to drop keys off to check out.
