The main floor includes four king bedrooms, a farm-themed bunk room, lounge and kitchen. Downstairs are the arcade, theater and Sasquatch bunk room with custom features. The arcade includes Big Buck Hunter, racing games, a golf simulator and pool table. The theater has surround sound.



The kitchen has modern appliances, dining space, drip and Keurig coffee makers and dishwasher. A washer and dryer, air conditioning, heating and high chair are provided; a Pack ’n Play/travel crib is available on request.



Upper balconies provide mountain views, outdoor dining and seating. The front porch has rocking chairs. The lower patio includes a picnic table and hot tub. The outdoor area also has a fire pit, grill, hammock and playground.



House rules: check-in after 4:00 PM; check-out before 10:00 AM; no smoking or marijuana use; pets must be disclosed before arrival, maximum two. Safety features include alarms, extinguishers, first-aid kit, guards, one exterior Ring security camera aimed only at the driveway and noise monitors that assess sound levels without recording audio.



Guest Access:

Guests have access to the cabin and its amenities, including the arcade, theater, decks, hot tub, fire pit and playground. Locked owner's closets are not available to guests. Self check-in is provided through a smart lock.



The Neighborhood:

Sasquatch Encounter is in a wooded mountain setting with driving access to Pigeon Forge and Gatlinburg attractions.



Getting Around:

A personal vehicle is recommended because public transportation is limited. Free outdoor parking is available in front of the cabin; there is no garage.



Other Things to Note:

One complimentary full propane tank is provided per stay for the fire-feature tables and grill. Contact the host about firewood. One exterior Ring security camera is installed and aimed only at the driveway. Noise monitors assess sound levels without recording audio. Fast gigabit Wi-Fi is available on the network “Smoky Mountain Guest”; no password is required.
