A very comfortable and enjoyable stay. Would thoroughly recommend.

The property was very spacious and comfortable with all the facilities we needed. Wonderful views. Excellent location only a short walk from the ski lift. Very close to a supermarket and retaurants.

Nice warm athmosphere, great location for skiing or walking, very adquate equipment.

Ideal apartment for family

The apartment was spatious, clean and ideal for a family. It was located close to shops, pharmacy, etc. The host was very friendly.

Location - right in the center of Briancon Cleanliness - great The apartments are fully equipped Josephine was an amazing host Great value for money

Some second hand furniture make the place seem cheap The apartments have an odd layout

Enjoyable as lots of restaurants nearby ,bus free pick up and gondola 300 mts,

Very nice apartment

Topical let without owner input as need a few jobs doing inc light bulbs ,so keys on wall. Boot and ski room down stairs fine,But no seats or any heating to dry boots etc,strick rule none upstairs.

Exceptional

Well designed and located apartment in Briancon. Very comfortable apartment, quality bathrooms and kitchen and comfortable beds. Only a 5 min walk from the Prorel ski lift and round the corner from a supermarket and restaurants. Definitely recommend it. I spoke to Rumble, the owner, beforehand and he was very helpful. Also, Josephine, the property manager, was very helpful and friendly, meeting us at the apartment to show us round and advising on ski schools and ski hire beforehand.

Nothing really! Just worth noting that the terrace is on another level, so we didn’t use it. Also, the windows are all Velux skylights as the apartment is in the roof space, so there’s no direct view out to the town, but it’s very light and bright, so doesn’t really matter.

Brilliant location and very comfortable

The location was very central and everything was close by

As we were right next to a road it was very noisy with the traffic and as there is no air conditioning in the apartment we had to have the windows open so it did disturb our sleep
