Beautiful beach themed 3 bedroom, 2 bath, private pool home.
Poolside grill for outdoor cooking to enjoy the Florida weather with dining for 6 under the rain protected roof.
Bedroom 1- King size adjustable bed with private full bathroom.
Bedroom 2- Double sized bed
Bedroom 3- Queen sized bed
Shared full guest bath
Modern kitchen with all amentities, breakfast nook, and full dining table to enjoy meals. Also 2 seat small bar to chat while loved ones are cooking in the kitchen!
Private screen covered Lanai around the pool to help keep out the bugs, with covered roof protection from rain while still sitting outdoors. Pool is not heated.

Keypad code will be provided to guests for check in within 24 hours of check-in.

The Woods of River Ridge in New Port Richey is a small, safe community with friendly neighbors.

Our stay was great… so clean, beautifully decorated . The hosts were wonderful … it was a time for us to relax , take time and this was the place. I would come back in a heart beat !

We stayed at the property with a Family of 6 and pet travel. We were so grateful to find this beautiful property owned by Glen and Tammy who are wonderful hosts. It definitely makes you feel like home away from home. The communication was excellent especially when we got locked out of the house and via a quick phone call, we were able to get right back in. The pool is so relaxing and patio is also enjoyable for all to use. The house is within driving distance to do anything you desire beaches, shopping, dining and much more. Have fun, relax and ENJOY! Owners were welcoming and communicated very well before and during our stay. The home is very nice, homey and clean. Quiet neighborhood. Though we spent all day away from the house exploring and visiting, the pool and lanai were relaxing spaces to return to. Beds are very comfortable. Would stay there again if in the area. Recommend!
