About this bed and breakfast
Welcome to your private guesthouse in Salt Lake City's Sugar House neighborhood! Enjoy a quiet residential setting just minutes from restaurants, grocery stores, TRAX, and the heart of Sugar House. Downtown SLC is easily accessible, and world-class ski resorts are about 35 minutes away. Relax in the spacious living area, sleep comfortably in a king-size bed, or get work done at the dedicated sit/stand desk. You'll also have a well-equipped kitchenette, fast WiFi, Smart TV, and shared hot tub.
The space
he guesthouse is a comfortable, self-contained space designed for both short getaways and longer stays. The king-size memory foam mattress provides a restful night's sleep, while the spacious living area gives you room to relax.
The dedicated workspace features a height-adjustable standing desk and ergonomic office chair, making it especially convenient for remote work or business travel.

Guest access
You'll have a private entrance to your own stand-alone guesthouse. The entrance is accessed through the shared backyard. Simply enter through the front gate and follow the sidewalk to the guesthouse.
The backyard is shared, but you're welcome to enjoy the outdoor sitting area, patio table, and grill. During the warmer months, lounge chairs are also available. The hot tub is shared and located in the backyard.
Other things to note
The guesthouse has a tankless water heater, providing continuous hot water for showers. If hot water is used at the kitchen or bathroom sink while someone is showering, the shower temperature may decrease slightly.
Please note: There is no traditional oven. The kitchenette is equipped with a two-burner cooktop, air fryer, microwave, refrigerator, and other basic cooking essentials.

Great stay overall. The property was very clean, well-maintained, and well-stocked with most essentials. The hosts were extremely kind, responsive, and accommodating, which made the entire experience smooth and allowed me to focus on work. I would definitely stay here again and recommend it to others.

Great unit, centrally located for skiing cottonwood canyons ski areas, plus easy access to downtown. Very quiet, clean and private. Great Host as well. We CX will be back.
