My family and I stayed in this apartment for a week at the end of December and the beginning of January. The apartment has a great location, very close to the metro station, not far from two large supermarkets, and there is an excellent pizzeria downstairs. The apartment is on the top floor, and the building has a small elevator – enough for two adults and a kid.
When we arrived in the evening, the heating was on and the apartment was warm. Heating is managed automatically, but you can manually adjust it with a wireless smart home controller.
The kitchen is equipped with everything you need: a stove, kettle, coffee maker, dishwasher, and a spacious refrigerator. There are also plenty of utensils and dishes.
Regarding the noise – during the new year fireworks launches there were a lot (really a lot) booms and bangs everywhere in the city, of course we noticed them during our dinner, but we fell asleep without problems before midnight and our kid too. Anyway I wouldn't say that there was too much noise heard in the apartment, as it was said in some other reviews.
The bed and sofa were very comfortable to sleep on, but there were sheets instead of duvet covers. That's the only inconvenience I can think of.

Posizione strategica, vicino la metro
Appartamento molto freddo, pieni di spifferi, le tende della camera da letto erano inutilizzabili e questo ci ha portati a svegliarci prestissimo per la forte luce. Le lenzuola del letto avevano in cattivo odore.
