The apartment is in an excellent location, conveniently close to shops, and offers a nice view of both the street and the atrium. It features a cozy terrace and a dual aspect (facing two sides), which allows for fantastic cross-ventilation throughout the entire flat. Additionally, the kitchen is fully equipped with everything you might need, including an oven, stovetop, microwave, and dishwasher.
The sofa in the living room was left pulled out and made up as a bed, even though I didn't need it. It took up unnecessary space in the living room, though it wasn't a major bother. Also, ants appeared in the kitchen and on the terrace for one day—they were going after every little food crumb. While it wasn't a terrible issue, it was a slight inconvenience.

A big and bright Apartment in Florence – with two large bedrooms and a very nice bathroom and kitchen area. Perfect for groups of 4-5 people!
The balcony is small and crowded with cleaning items and boxes. (Shown in photos). There were signs of wear in the apartment - ie dirt on the bedroom walls. The sofa bed was also broken meaning it couldn’t be folded up and sat on - only used as a bed.

El aire acondicionado y la ubicación
El sofá cama, estaba roto y dormir fue un infierno. Falta de menaje, en concreto solo había 5 vasos y éramos 8. Por otro lado escribí para comunicar mis problemas y no recibí respuesta.
