Sehr komfortables, großzügiges, toll eingerichtetes Appartement mit perfekter Lage in der Altstadt. Alles kann zu Fuss erkundet werden und zahlreiche Restaurants befinden sich in der Umgebung. Die Gastgeberin ist super nett, zuvorkommend, hilfsbereit und reagiert auf Anfragen super schnell.

My wife, my 1.5 years old son and I stayed in the apartment for an entire week and couldn't have been happier with our choice! Already before arrival we had excellent communication with our host Andrea. Our flight was early and when we arrived the apartment wasn't yet ready. Andrea helped us quickly find a storage place for our luggage (a cafe nearby) which was excellent as we were able to drink a cold drink and start our day. Already at about 13:00 or so the apartment was clean and ready for us. Getting the keys was extremely easy and when we entered the apartment was air-conditioned, cool and inviting.
We loved everything about the apartment - it did feel like a studio with no separation between the bedroom, dining area and kitchen but for us this was absolutely perfect. The bed was absolutely comfortable and we had fantastic sleep. My son had a cot ready for him which was also great. In the bedroom there's also a sofa which was also nice and a table for work, which was practical for me. There's also a TV, though we didn't have much use for it.
The dinning area is very comfortable and fits 4 people perfectly. There's a toaster, a compact fridge, a coffee machine and espresso capsules as well as tea. Initially we were a bit worried that the kitchen is too small las we planned to cook at the apartment, but we ended up making fantastic meals as all the equipment was available (pans, oil, pots, etc.)
The shower was also great, we had no issue with the hot water as some reviews mentioned, so if this was a past issue it's been fixed. And as to the small outdoor area attached to the apartment, it was practical for us as there's a laundry machine available and we used it several times. You can hang your laundry there and so it's a perfect solution for a 1 week stay.
There's nothing related to the apartment but one thing for the guests to know - The location of the apartment is on an elevated street, practically on what feels like the walls of the city. You have a beautiful view to the sea but taxis and cars can't reach it. Our taxi dropped us off next to the Basilica and there are some stairs there. If you don't have lots of luggage it's absolutely not an issue. But if you do have much luggage, just prepare for the stairs or alternatively reach the streets from the other side (where the theater and the harbor are) as there are no stairs there. It makes the walk a bit longer but without any stairs.
In some reviews people mentioned noise - if you open the window you will hear the outside and the area is indeed lively. Personally we found this really nice and not at all a bother. Once you close the window there's no noise and there's air conditioning so opening the window is mainly to listen to the sounds of Bari :)
So these are just small points but honestly, we loved our stay here and would recommend it to anyone.

La communication avec l'hôte
Plus d'eau chaude aprês 5 minutes. Et pourtant plusieurs autres clients l'ont signalé avant moi.
Toute la déco provient d'IKEA et aussi la literie: ce n'est donc pas le grand confort.
La salle de bain doit absolument être rénovée au niveau des joints: ils sont noirs.
Le "patio" ne s'ouvrait pas et ne servait donc à rien.
Impossible de régler la climatisation.
