The property was as it looked in the images here. It is a clean, small two-bedroom apartment. It is a bit of a walk to Kami-Nakazato Station, which adds to your overall steps per day, but not far. The property is small in comparison to Australian standards, but it was expected, as it is the size in Tokyo. The place is in a local neighbourhood, which is quiet; there is even a playground nearby for children. There is a tram station nearby for local travel. Overall, I am satisfied with the property and my stay in Japan. The host is communicating with me over messages and addresses all my inquiries. There is everything you need to cook, if you wish. The host provided enough toiletries, laundry for the washing machine, bags for rubbish, etc. The property had no smell of cigarettes, and you can't smoke inside. It is good for 4 people. If more than 4, it will be tight, but still manageable depending on people's comfort needs.
I did not like the absence of a large mirror, which was addressed to the host, who may change it in the future.

Spacious for a japanese appartment. Located near one of the only Tramway still operating in Tokyo. Location guide quite extensive and complete. Japanese wallpaper had a nice touch to the look of the appartment.
You only get the exact address after booking the rental and providing your info. Technically near the Tramway and JR lines, but not the major ones. Both the washing room and restrooms doors connects to the kitchen.

House was ok for 6 people to sleep. Location was reasonable (12 min walking from JR train station and 4 min from Kajiwara station-note that this a tram stop not a JR train station)
Behind the beds was very dusty, the entire space of the room is filled with the beds, there’s not even space for a small suitcase on the floor. It’s also way smaller than it shows in the pictures but well the wonders you get with the wide angle camera.
