A splendid beach getaway awaits you at Good Tides! This impeccable 3-bedroom, 2-bath home comes replete with beach access, a seasonal saltwater pool, screened-in porch, and exceptional water views. This home is perfect for 4 adults and 4 children and includes a Hunting Island State Park pass.
The stylish living room features chic, beach-inspired décor and muted hues, allowing guests to kick back and relax while taking in the stunning views. Here you'll find comfortable seating—including a sofa and four armchairs—as well as a wall-mounted Smart TV.
Access to a screened-in porch with outdoor furniture is adjacent to the living room. This is the ideal spot to savor your morning coffee while enjoying the sights and sounds of the water as you gaze at the beach in the distance.
The kitchen and dining areas are just off the living room. The well-appointed kitchen features granite countertops, stainless steel appliances, and a breakfast bar that seats three. The kitchen flows seamlessly into the dining area, with a table that can accommodate eight.
The home boasts spectacular outdoor space. Kids and adults will enjoy the saltwater pool and patio on the ground level, equipped with comfortable lounge chairs. The gas grill is perfect for making meals poolside. Another impressive outdoor space can be found on the top level of the home, where you'll find a covered deck with a cozy outdoor couch and even better views of the beach!
At the end of the day basking in the sun, guests can get some rest in one of three well-appointed bedrooms:
The primary bedroom features a plush king-sized bed, a wall-mounted Smart TV, and access to a private deck with spectacular water vistas. The en-suite bathroom features a walk-in shower and single vanity sink.
The queen-sized bedroom is equipped with a wall-mounted Smart TV and two large windows that allow brilliant sunshine to flow into the space. Children will enjoy the bunk room, which features a twin-over-twin bunk with a trundle and futon with plenty of space to play. The queen-sized bedroom and the bunk room share a shower-over-tub. Each room has its own toilet and hand sink.

This house had the perfect layout for 4 adults and would be great for a family with kids too. The inside was very clean and access to the beach was excellent! There is a boardwalk from the house, but it is overgrown and needs repairs. Beach access was just steps away and some mobility limited members of our group were easily able to walk to the beach using this access. There is also a cart, beach chairs, and pool floats available, though they have been left in the elements and are not in great repair. We encountered a few minor maintenance issues, the pool needed to be maintained, the grill had not been cleaned by the previous renters, and a problem with the sprinkler system, but the management company was super responsive and was on site within 12 hours! We loved the screen porch with a view of the ocean and overall had a wonderfully relaxing stay!
