Check in instructions were not available upon my arrival at 4 pm. Had to leave to find a restroom after traveling all day.
Unit was not prepared properly. Towels in the dryer. No paper towels. No dust mop to remove the hair that was on the floor at arrival. Unit was unlocked.
After I locked the unit and returned later that evening: dead bolt was broken and I was unable to access. It took 45 minutes for owner to respond, an additional 10 minutes for him to arrive and 5 minutes to assess and create a plan for me to be able to lock myself in over night and get out the next morning. This included not being able to lock the door when I left. Repair for the lock occurred after 5 pm that day.
The unit was beautiful as seen in the pictures. The lake view and walk around the lake was very pleasant. Lots of wildlife about.
