地元ですが、自分の時間が欲しい時一人で泊まります。
基本大人のホテルなので眺望はありません。
しかし、超大画面のテレビにクロームキャスト、電子レンジに室外にキッチン、室内に洗濯機、人工温泉、シャワートイレ、無料のチャーハン、朝食、ウェルカムドリンク、そしてこの値段。。。最高です。

建物は、古い感じがしますが…部屋の中・清潔感・スタッフさんの対応等々、思っていたより凄く良かったです。

設備:備品は足りない点がないほど揃ってました。
無料サービスのドリンクなどもありがたかったです。
依頼はしませんでしたがカレーの格安サービスもいいですね。
浴室と洗い場は自宅よりも広くては満足でした。
ベッドやソファーに小さい黒い虫が出てきて、それがかなりのマイナス点です。ソファーやベッドの隙間（ベッドの場合は台の木の隙間）から出入りしてるのが見えたので掃除では取り切れないのはなんとなく理解は出来ますが。 あとは洗面所の水の水量が少ないのも気になりました。
